What to include when you get in touch
None of this is essential, but the more you can tell us up front, the quicker we can give you a quote that reflects the real job rather than a rough guess.
- Where you're moving from and to — full addresses if you have them.
- Roughly how much there is — a flat, a three-bed house, an office, or a single item.
- Anything awkward about access — stairs, no lift, tight parking, a long carry.
- Special pieces — antiques, a piano, glass, artwork or anything that needs extra care.
- Whether you'd like us to pack, and if you might need storage for a gap in the chain.
- Your rough timing — even a loose window helps us plan.
