Business & office removals
An office move that lands on plan, not on your Monday.
From a single studio to a multi-floor headquarters, we move commercial premises around the working day — so the disruption is measured in minutes at the coffee machine, not in lost trading.
A business move is a logistics job with a deadline that cannot slip. The difference between a smooth one and a painful one is almost always the planning that happens before moving day — which is where we put the work. We survey both premises, agree exactly what moves and when, and build a plan around the hours you trade rather than the hours that suit a van.
We move offices for firms across the capital — Westminster, Kensington, Belgravia and Wimbledon among them — as well as in Manchester, Leeds, York and Liverpool, up into Dundee and Paisley, and across Kent through Canterbury, Ashford and Medway. Whether it is a dozen desks or several floors of them, the same discipline applies: label everything, plan the access, and hand you a working office at the other end.
What's included
Everything a commercial move needs, coordinated
-
A site visit before we quote
We walk both premises — lifts, loading bays, stair cores, parking restrictions and the pieces that need a proper crew — so the plan matches the building, not a guess.
-
IT, desks and servers handled
Machines powered down, cables coiled and labelled, monitors and towers protected, comms and server kit moved by people who know it is not just another box.
-
Labelling & floor plans
Every crate, desk and chair tagged to its destination room and desk position, worked to a numbered floor plan so your team walks in on Monday and finds their seat.
-
Out-of-hours & weekend moves
Evenings and weekends where that keeps trading uninterrupted, so the lights go off on one office and come on in the next with the workday untouched.
-
Furniture dismantle & rebuild
Workstations, partitions, storage walls and boardroom tables taken down at one end and reassembled at the other, ready to use.
-
One point of contact throughout
A named move manager who owns the plan from survey to sign-off, so you are never chasing a switchboard on the day it matters.
Five stages, one workday of disruption
Most office moves fail on the detail, so we run every one to the same sequence. You always know which stage we are at and who is accountable for it.
-
Survey & scope
We visit both sites, agree what moves, what stays and what needs specialist handling, and map the access and timing constraints on each end.
-
The move plan
A written plan with a labelling scheme, a numbered floor plan for the new premises, and a schedule built around your trading hours — day, evening or weekend.
-
Prep & pack-down
Crates delivered ahead of time, IT decommissioned and tagged, furniture dismantled where needed, everything labelled to its destination before a single item leaves.
-
The lift
The crew moves to the plan, tracking crates against the floor map so nothing goes astray between buildings, however many floors are involved.
-
Set-up & sign-off
Furniture rebuilt, crates placed at the right desks, IT positioned ready to reconnect, and a walk-round with you before we call the job done.
Moving in stages, or need somewhere to hold furniture and archives between premises? We offer clean, inventoried business storage, and smaller collections or single-desk moves can go on our man-and-van service.
